We have a large lineup of audits for leading system measuring given by methodics from Model Business Excellence. This lineup can provide a feedback about company quality a it can help to measure the quality development of leading system during projects.
The leading system analysis is realized in four stages:
- on the basis of an annual plan,
- on the basis of an annual plan – quality,
- on the basis of an 3-year plan,
- at the level of Excellence, benchmarking.
The company is prepared for EFQM analysis (according to standards of quality by Excellent leading of the European Union) after managing these four stages.
In the each stage we evaluate four areas of leading system:
- Environment for leading
- Indicators and their quality and cohension
- Functioning and quality of the system in use
- Handbook – a quality of set standards
The analysis output consists of not only a report and a measurable parameter evaluating the qulity of system leading, but also a set environment in MS Share Point. The analysis itself leads to a added value, leads to leading system improvement, not only to static description.
A quality analysis makes possible to:
- measure achieved leading system level
- create an improved environment for leading with which is possible to work
- get an inspiration to subsequent improvement of leading system.
