We know how to set the competence measuring before the training including the control test. We are able to evaluate reached comptence in the end of the training. The management so has measurable indicators and can use it to think of money and can plan an additional compentence development. We are able to measure knowledge through this method.
We try to get measured compentence from each company, each developed attendant and each training. It is a big project and we want to carry out at least one measuring in a year and put it together with evaluative interviews and plans of the additional development of our customers. In next years we want to educate customer´s employees for a simple tool service to measure competence. This makes possible to measure competence whenever and without additional expences.
