Why Coaching

Coaching is a way of an individual intensive made-to-measure development. If you have a really good coach, it is an incredible tool to development. You can progress in your building up, thinking, leading feeling etc. No other development form is so dependent on the personality, coach´s experience and trust which they have to create in their relation.

Coaching develops not only competence, but also the access to awakening and connections. Coaching develops employee´s potential. There is written a lot of things about coaching methods. If we need a quality it is good to know the GROW technique, read a book „Coaching“ by Whitmoore and then watch sport trainers. Their results are excellent and they are our benchmark and it is possible to learn from them. Coaching in business area is not on the same level yet.

It is preferable to do meetings repeatedly, systematically to have a working concept on which things is good to improve. Three coachings are the minimal frequency of meetings, but we recommend a yearly systematic work, e.g. monthly meetings. Individually, by telephone, with shared documents on disc, emails – we can be very creative in methods, but the systematic work is irreplaceable.
