Coaching and MBE

The individual coaching is always a part of the MBE project.
After the analysis and the new leading system design comes the third phase of the project – experience implementation. Standardly a new SW setting is introduced, people are trained in understanding and using and then comes the right time to coach individually. That will respond on individual aplication needs – which is not possible to solve during the training.

Top managers coaching in process – leading system use.
We are focusing principally on a top manager. As soon as he knows how to work well with the system, his subordinates and partners will learn much of this new style. They will understand that it is a new culture and the company leading will improve.

Managers coaching:
We are focusing on their comprehension and MBE using in their process or team. Subsequently we gradate to indicators and problems coaching, which they have in their plans. Coaching is very practical with this approach.

A frequent problem is that the top manager likes coaching organization mostly for his subordinate managers, but for himself not. He is trying to solve coaching in hour-long meeting, on the telephone etc. Subsequently is this access changing. During the coaching and projecting he gets it under control, becomes quiet, finds time for meetings and for coaching. The top managers are then the best attendants with the best results.
