What is not measured, that is not leaded.
That is our main motto of our accession to coaching. We try to define measurable indicators, we apply a lot of energy to its measuring, we are keen on measuringJ - coaching on the facts base.
We set facts, indicators for four areas of the GROW:
- targets, indicators, KPI
- problems, opportunities which we want to solve
- solution concept which will bring a modification
- project milestones which may implement the modification step by step into productive running, into real life.
The forms of the cooperation are – dialog, coaching, questions, discussion. We do not advise to managers, they will manage with it. We just show possibilities, we show problems from different visual angles, we show hidden connections. We respect needs and manager´s development level, his individual style, speed, preferences etc.
