DHL Express has successfully used E-learning in the project License to sell, which aim is to create a group of senior traders in the team, and also uses the E-learning for each participant of Palatinum open programs for effective testing and measurement of gained knowledge.
Programme License to sell is measuring the level of knowledge of participants - sales representatives - in three areas: knowledge of DHL and competition (internal e-learning), selling skills and negotiating skills. License to sell runs each half a year and for the successful completion each participant have to achieve 75% knowledge of DHL and the competition and min. 75% knowledge of sales and negotiation skills. E-learning makes it possible to manage the development process through the measurement of the competencies.
