E-learning Palatinum is a web-based tool (software), which thanks to questions and textbooks on the subject develops knowledge of its users. It allows to manage the development process through the measurement of the competencies. Its essence is to indicate the correct answers in the specified time limit. If the E-learning user does not know the correct answer, he/she can find the missing knowledge in the attached material, and return to the answers. E-learning Palatinum allows the measurement, and also learning through competition. Participants are lured into the game, which motivates and involves the emotional part of learning.
E-learning Palatinum was established on the basis of specific requirements of managers engaged in the development of people in the companies, which were:
- simple and functional tool in the Czech language for the acquisition, the repetition and development of employees on various topics
- have an overview of the competencies of employees, to be able to measure and manage the development process
- have the possibility of unlimited repetition of development
- simple and practical environment for the creation of their own developing E-Learnings and E-tests for internal corporate knowledge and skills
After the basic initial training is possible, thanks to E-learnings and E-tests, that E-learning Palatinum includes, to begin immediately to use this tool.
