The target is to improve leading system, improve sales results according to company vision and set standards to better endurance against employee turnover.The MBE project runs in the second year. In the first year were introduced leading systems on the level of annual plan – base. Managers were developed in needed competence. It was set the single leading environment, indicators and individual plans.
Results after one year are very good. The turnover increases, the competitive conducst was surpassed in the sale, which was cosidered to be the benchmark. The Managing Director leads the project actively in the same way as his team. The problems was to ensure regular monthly functioning, evaluating and problems solving related with indicators. Managers and other staff trended to solve oparations in place of conceptual stuff. But it is typical for this transition.
The company passed though the audit and works now on the second leading system level – on the annual plan – quality. The target is to improve the monthly functioning, to begin with handbooks and cross projects.
The company has big potential to additional improvement.
