The MBE leading system and its implementing proceeds in two directions. In the structure of the company from above and from below. Each access has its specifics, but both lead to the same result, Excellence.

It is a procedure of defining the company vision and implementation of SWOT analyses from which are determinated either 3-year targets and 3-year activities or 1-year level. From such prepared platform are itemized targets and activities from single processes to annual process plan. From annual plan it is itemized into individual workers plans.
Advantages and disadvantages of this access:
The contribution is the leading quality increase, vision carriage into processes, determination on the basis of facts and interlacing of annual plan and 3-years plan. The most difficult level in the 3-years plan is the change of thinking and looking on the leading as a long-term process of improving and reaching of long-term targets.

The annual plan – base
The procedure is in principle turned-up. As the first the individual plan has to be set together from every current things, which are included in individual competence. From those individual plans is defined the annual process plan. The company begins with leading on the basis of annual and individual plans, indicators and monthly milestones. We can see an improvement of company progress in this part, because projects are finalized to the end and in time. We can distinguish able and unable workers very quickly. That is good time for clearance of organisational structure and consolidation of a new motivated staff with potential. The most difficult part is the MBE introduction into monthly operation. It is a duty for Change Manager.
The annual plan - quality
Subsequently after inrun of annual plan it is possilbe to increase quality leading – with the help of SWOT analyses, when we measure all the significat factors and influences, which affect the company internal and external. Thanks to the well-balanced SWOT analysis we improve the quality of indicators and areas to solve choose with which we deal with in the subsequent year.
3-year plans
We set the next level of quality leading with the help of 3-years view of leading. It is about the same effect like night lighting through driving. We can ride faster, safely, more comfortable. We create presumptions for setting the leading excellence thanks to 3-years plan.
Excellence/ Benchmarking
We reach the highest level of quality leading with the combination of two factors – areas in which are interested excellent companies and with benchmarking in it. With the help of benchmarking you can improve indicators indicators, you will deal with leading in all conceptions of MBE and set the process of continuous improvement.
This procedure is useful for companies, which do not have well-set up system of annual planning and leading. The typical example is the company in which is the annual plan set up in to number form and results are evaluated, but in principle are only expected. The general output is that all people solve the problems only and are fully positioned in operative.
The advantage is the implementing of MBE with fast progress in results and saving time on conceptual leading.
The disadvantage is the longer way to excellence leading, but it is a tax for current condition of company. It is better to begin with changes than wait what will to happen. It will need great courage and resolve, but the result is worth. You will create presumptions for your success thereby your company.
All this process leaded to leading excellence takes several years. The recompense is the well-balanced succesful company with results and flexible responsive on internal and external setting changes.
