The implementation of MBE and leading excellence reaching is a process of continuous improvement in all the operations. Process of the leading system implementation has four steps.
The annual plan – base:
All needed information, indicators, problems and areas to solve are given to one place, one document of format A4. This document is instrumental to leading setting either into annual plan for given process or company, eventually into the individual plan. Indicators are interlaced with a motivation and reporting and the comprehensive leading system is obtained. The key to succeed is the regular monthly operation – evaluating, conferences, coaching and evaluative interviews. The abnormalities are affected during those manager’s activities.
The annual plan – quality:
We will make a quality SWOT analysis before setting up the individual/annual plans. Outputs - incorporation/preferences are retrained into the individual plans. And this is the cause of a displacement of areas to solve and needed indicators for leading setting from intuitive/operative setting into a quality – balanced setting. The company will be engaged in all the elemental forces, which are influencial in internal and external environment and the company will equilibrate it with the company targets. It will create a setting for improving.
Three-year plan:
We appear from the vision of global targets and 3-year SWOT analysis in this phase. We develop outputs/priorities into 3-year targets and acitivities. We gather matters for annual/individual plans from there. We ensure a cohension between strategic targets and annual/monthly indicators in single positions. And this all is the answer on „How to convert strategy into the daily life of our people“.
Excellence
We implement all the MBE conceptions of excellent organisations (9 areas) into our SWOT analysis and 3L targets and acitivities. We target their implementation into the annual/individual plans. We can use benchmarking in each area and we can compare it with the most significant organisations. Thereby we can get information where we have to be, what we have to go better.
