Indicators, KPI:
What is not measured, that is not leaded. We have to determine some targets and indicators. The quality ot their setting directly influences results of our effort, therefore is important to look at context what and how it is connected. More indicators do not mean better quality.
Environment :
A set of excels´ tables, which are logically linked. It makes possible to link interrelated activities. To get all information on one place. It enables deputation to subordinates, understanding, connecting and subordinates development. It is important to link indicators with motivational system and with reporting for reliable functioning.
Operations in practice:
It is important to determine activities how to ensure funcionality of all the MBE system. These activities have to be periodically executed (monthly evaluation, conferences, individual interviews and coaching). The most difficult part is the realization activity. It requires time and personal involment.
Handbook:
It is a set of manuals, standards where we have defined for the each position, how to proceed in partial repetitious situations. The partial processes are then leaded with higher quality to evaluate and improve it. E.g. Toyota – a successful company – is obsessed with measuring. Toyota gets facts and makes better resolutions and innovates more quickly.
