This managerial programme is determined for project managers of all fields, beginners as well as skilled. You will learn project leading system – Model Business Excellence (MBE) and how to implement it to your company environment. You will improve your knowledge and skills needed for projects leading. Project Management programme is an opened programme and thanks to it you may exchange experience with other programme attendants – Project Managers. You will implement gained knowledge and skills into practise with the help of project plans.
